The following Disclaimer applies to all music, content, and materials submitted to or distributed by ZR Records, owned by Zesan Rahaman and managed by Akshat.
By submitting your music or content to ZR Records, you (“the Artist”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Ownership and Responsibility
- The Artist affirms that all submitted music and content are original or that the Artist holds all necessary rights and licenses for distribution.
- The Artist retains full ownership of their music and intellectual property.
- The Artist is solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe on third-party copyrights or other rights.
2. Liability
- ZR Records acts as a distributor and promoter only and does not claim ownership of any submitted music or content.
- ZR Records is not responsible for any legal disputes, copyright infringement claims, or damages arising from the Artist’s content.
- The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ZR Records, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities related to submitted content.
3. Content Use
- ZR Records may use the Artist’s name, music, and branding for promotional purposes consistent with the terms of the ZR Records Music Agreement.
- ZR Records does not guarantee any specific level of promotion, distribution, or revenue generation.
4. Platform Policies
- Music distributed by ZR Records is subject to the terms and conditions of third-party digital platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
- ZR Records is not liable for any platform-related issues, including changes to royalty rates, content removals, or service interruptions.
5. Changes to Disclaimer
ZR Records reserves the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be communicated to Artists where possible, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
